Anonymous I hate glass jars, but this is different. Most would agree that glass offers the best preserving qualities. The problem for me has been transparency and fragile concerns. The stash jar from solves those issues and offers an excellent way to label , erase and reuse again! The jar also offers the ability to use their hydration system. While I have a ways to go before using, I believe this makes all the grades for short and long storage.
